Take my daughter there for track and field (PPYRC). A great place for her too expel that extra energy. A little bit over crowded at times. But overall she has a great time. Clean/great staff.
Join Miho (❤️) and Elias for Vinyasa and Lissy for Hatha (Lissy is also very good for setting your asanas, so you should go to her class especially if you're a beginner).
This is the best gym in NYC! So happy it's finally opened. The 200m track alternates direction, SunMonWedFri counter-clockwise, SatTuesThurs clockwise. 8 laps to a mile. Brand new surface.
Summer camp is based at P.S.10, last year was awesome. This year, no so much. Last minute changes and parents are not notified; I.e. trip to Manhattan cancelled kids were taken to Bowling in Brooklyn
Torn. Good crowd of people work out here, employees are nice, but god help you if you want to use treadmill or cardio machines peak hours w/o waiting 10 minutes.
Dear people in classes in the Mind Body Room: Don't stand in the doorway while another class is in session and talk before your class starts, you're ruining my savasana.
this place is crazy-expensive compared to other gyms in the area. unless you have kids or can take mid-day classes, it's not a good deal at all. it's just as busy as the $10/month gym... just sayin'
