- If you're transferring to Caltrain, don't forget to add 10 minutes to your commute just waiting for the muni to go 30 feet across 4th Street to get to its stop
- Billy BennightDecember 18, 2012Take the N train to Dubose Park. You'll be 3 blocks south of Haight Street in the lower Haight. Then go to the Toronado and have a delicious beer in the best drinkers bar in town.
- If you're on the inbound on days with a ball game, get off at the ballpark and walk to this stop - it will be way faster! As in 20 minutes faster. I learned that the hard way
- Deceivingly empty during rush hour. Grab a seat near the exit before the masses descend at Embarcadero.
- NextMuni predictions for the N-Judah are basically worthless at this stop. If you're just trying to get downtown and there aren't any Ns at the end of King, try the T Line across the street.
- EddieSeptember 11, 2013Good tip Aaron. I always wait in the middle to see which trains arrive. The sings are never accurate!
- If you're going downtown, take the T Line. It comes sooner than the N Line.
- Usually the N Judah is empty when it arrives headed towards downtown where as the T is crammed with passengers.
- Wait at the bottom of the ramp and watch for the T... It will beat the N coming in most of the time.
- Intense fare inspection going on today! Make sure you got your tix... 2/29/12
