Great place to stop in between classes. With the market, chik-fil-a, burger king, papa johns, jamba juice, and now a subway that replaced the old quiznos. Quick and convenient for students on campus.
The MU is a great place to meet up with friends for lunch. Or if it's a nice day, you can grab a coffee and find a table outside to get some homework done. Just know that you will run into everyone!
The memorial union provides a diverse place to either eat (there is even fresh sushi for crying out loud), or a great place to spend breaks between classes. The basement has pool, an arcade, and more
Try to avoid coming here around lunch time during the week if you're in a hurry as it is super busy! The lines for Starbucks and Einstein's are especially long at that time and in the morning!
I have been here before & it's awesome! Sometimes it's hard to find a seat becuase it's so crowded. Before or after class, find a table so you won't walk around so much finding a table.
Great place to hang out with friends. A lot of places to eat and a lot of atms. Upstairs has a couple of rooms to hold meetings with student organizations in and a restaurant.
A good place to hangout and meet students. It is always filled on weekdays around lunch time. Theres a big selection of food places and there's also fun things to do on the bottom floor like play pool
The stage is on the north side of the MU building; concerts throughout the year can be found here in the lunchtime hours throughout the week. Many different local and touring acts can be heard here.

Make sure you have purchased M&G so you can buy food at the plaza.(Cash is acceptable also.) I have seen somebody from Sun Devil Dining selling them in front of Starbucks. M&G are tax free. It's sick!
If its happening on campus it usually near the MU. Tons of places to get food, a quite place to study on lower level, and even a bowling ally down in sparky's den. Always busy around lunch time.
The MU is a great place to stop by when you have some time to kill during the middle of your class schedule. If you like burger king every Wed. Is Whopper Wednesday. 3.99 for a whopper combo!
This is one of the most popular places to get food on campus, but the surrounding area has now become a walk-only zone. If you are in a rush at all avoid this area and the crowds.
The MU is a great place because because of the things students can get accomplish such as banking, cell phone issues, food, Starbucks, ice cream, and even a salon to get a quick hair cut
MU is even open on Sundays! The ASU Market is still open, as well as most of the dinning. The basement you can get shirts made with what ever you want on them. And play pool in the basement.
The MU stage hosts sorority events, radio stations, etc. Other school organizations set up booths near the stage and adjacent fountain for students to join clubs or just enjoy the ongoing activity.
Aug 23 - 6-8pm- Come join the LGBTQA Fall Welcome! This event will include: get-to-know-you games, an LGBTQA Services presentation about LGBTQA resources @ASU, food & refreshments and a resource fair.
The MU has a downstairs game room that includes: bowling, pool, foosball, and video games. During the afternoon, it is not very crowded and is a great place to hang out with friends.
First off, don't ever get the sushi at the little market in the MU, or you'll be aching your way through your next classes. Best times to come are definitely earlier morning or late afternoon.
You can get anything your craving here from burgers to Asian to a smoothie. However, the lines are long so plan your route accordingly so you're not late for class.
A new sidewalk for students to walk and bike on instead of going where they unload trucks is on the East side of the MU. Located next to the PE West Building but hasn't been open to the public yet
Though There is an arcade downstairs with some nostalgic games, unfortunately the DanceDance Revolution machine is defective. It would be amazing if they got a new one.
The Student Organization Resource Center is located on the third floor of the MU. Here you can register a new student org and also able to rent the helium tank if you are in need of this for events.
The tables downstairs are rarely ever being used and if you don't mind studying in a dark room you should definitely do your work there. The only downside is the noise from the bowling alley.
This is the perfect place to relax between classes while grabbing something to eat at one of the many restaurants and getting some school work done connecting to the free WiFi.
The MU has two plasma screen TV’s and computers available downstairs. Also, if you are hungry, the MU market has a wide selection of fast food places from which to choose.
cool place to just come and relax. gotta be careful when you decide to come cause some of the lines for food get ridiculously long. also there is a cool bowling alley downstairs.
Event and Meeting Services is located behind the Information Desk in the Memorial Union. This is where you can rent table space for your Student Org or department and rent rooms on the 2nd floor!
In the winter, the MU is a great place to study--there's a fireplace with big, comfy chairs to relax in. This is the only fireplace on campus, that I'm aware of.

I like how quick the market is, but it's a pain to try to find a place to sit and eat during lunch hours. So grab food from MU then find a spot on a nice grassy area or under a tree right outside.
Definitely improving in the quality of service there. The staff in tremendously helpful and there for the students. If you havent already, go eat at Engrained. Menu is Phenomenal

I did a promo event in front of the MU last semester for my internship and it was a success. The people I worked with were very friendly.If you need to do a promo event, this is def the place to do it
Aug 18 - 7pm-8pm - Students from the School of Theater and Filmperform SNL-like sketches, songs, comedic drama and slam poetry that reveal the "real" aspects of campus life and living.
Need to get something done, then go to the student union. Great place on campus. Banks, fast food and even a place to get your hair cut. Sometimes gets a little busy but pretty convienant.
If you love walking through mass crowds and waiting in long lines to get food, come here at lunch time especially around noon! Most other times aren't too bad. Lots of food options and lounge areas.
