Love this hotel for many reason. The two most important however are the customer service/experience you receive from the staff and the incredible views.
absolutely amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Diamond Head Tower, best rooms ending on -59 or 60 with an ocean front view to the Waikiki beach. EWA Tower -09/10 and highest floor as possible
if possible, try the Diamond Head tower. If you like the best view, try the ocean front rooms and ask for rooms ending on 59 or -60.If you prefer ocean and mountain view, try rooms ending on -65
Open air lobby. Great fitness center and amazing pool. The hotel is in a great spot right in the middle so walks are short. Beach is across the street. Did I mention the pool is amazing.
At first sight - just a hotel in the perfect location. If you scratch the surface you'll see how much Aloha there is. Ask or look for Aka - the Hawaiian soul of this place. Take your time and listen.
Book a vaca through Costco Travel and get the best deals! Includes free breakfast buffet every day of your stay, dinner for 2 at Shor, and $100 resort credit
Ask for James or Mark at front desk for excellent service. Use your Gold Passport at check-in for lots of extra amenities! The pool is so-so, but who needs it when the ocean is across the street?
Great hotel in a prime Waikiki Beach location. Walk to practically everything! Lots of shopping here as well. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and accommodating.
Their presidential suite is amazing - nothing close to I have stayed or seen before! you don't need to go to diamond head :) great location and happy hour!
Great place to stay in Waikiki. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Beach just across the street. Nice ocean viewbalcony rooms. No free wi-fi — sadly you have to pay for that.
Greeted with complimentary leis - very nice! Overall decor very outdated and old. Movies cost $18 and no free Internet. Will try someplace else next time.
Fail: being woken up at 4am from two consecutive days of loud renovation work on the entire floor above mine translates to a terrible stay...and the term "ocean view" doesn't actually mean ocean view.
