Nice hotel but apartment 4961 might be haunted. Well, knocking sounds & noises late at night. We thought it was the "gas pipes" but well, would be "intelligent gas pipes" then. Knock knock, who there?

WiFi works pretty fine. Receptionist are well trained and speak English fluently.

Supposedly reputable service apartments but their Internet is always down.

Management never takes action. Complained about the smoke smell but nothing was done although it's legally non smoking now.
