Charlie Palmer's Aureole features delicious seasonal dishes and has won Win Spectator's Grand Award every year since 1999 plus many more. A must go to restaurant while in Vegas.
Yes it is a wine bar. Yes there is a wine tower. But don't overlook the food. I had the seasonal menu with wine pairing. The food, awesome. The parings complemented the food & the food the wine.
Fantastic system to recommend wines to each dish. The result is a personal flight with just the right pairings. Alfredo does an excellent job of giving guidance and leaving room to explore - love it!!
Everyone raves about the wine angels but we prefer to rave about the tables ringing Swan Court w/ indoor/outdoor seating. Ask to be seated there and not in main dining room. And, yes, real swans, too!
Wonderful seasonal tasting menus, HH from 5:30-7 with featured spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails for $6. Strawberry mojito outstanding!!! Strawberries have really infused the rum with great flavor.
It's fun to watch how they retrieve wine from the tower. Tried the foie gras... was pretty good. Also the blue cheese crusted filet mignon; could have been more tender but overall I was very pleased.
Indulge in a decadent three-course prix-fixe menu with dishes like roasted muscovy duck breast served with arugula salad, roasted pepper, and an argan oil vinaigrette.

Love the elegant modern atmosphere. We stared off w/ calamari. entree: ora king salmon & side of butter mash potatoes(very rich). Apple churro w/ cinnamon ice cream, Carmel popcorn, & candied cherries
