This is the filthiest 24 Hour Fitness I have ever been to. The men's shower is horribly maintained. The staff is nice enough, but most of the gym-rats there don't understand the concept of reracking
Cleaning crew doesn't care whether they get dust or chemicals on you or not. Don't be near them while they clean.
- People have poor wet area ettiquette here. If someone is doing lap swim, respect their lane, otherwise it's like jumping in front of someone while they're on the treadmill! Rude!
- You can check for lumps while you're in the shower, but don't be creepy about it. lol
Avoid the locker rooms. By far the nastiest out of any of the 24 Hour Fitness' I've ever visited
Time to get down and dirty. Pain is not but obstacle to my goal.
