Manmosa, Texas deep fried French Toast, brisket omelet... Great food, huge portions and awesome staff make Hudson a great weekend brunch spot in Georgetown.

If Friday after work happy hour is the bomb, then I must have been hit with exploding shrapnel at dinner. Shrill girls night out was screamingly loud. BBQ chicken entree good, go light on salt, chef. Read more

Brisket omlet w/ hash browns. Someone mentioned how Hudson's "brisket" seems more like pot roast. I can kind of agree with that, maybe that's how the beef is prepared? It's delicious however they doit

Everything! Staff, drinks, coffee and the food... my god, the food is so good! And no children allowed, even on the patio. I love this place!

The biscuits and brisket omelet were great. The breakfast tacos (with corn tortillas) were average, and the grits were the consistency of a firm polenta.

Pretty cool atmosphere, had great service at happy hour time! The chicken tenders were pretty good but the nachos were terrible w/ a weird cheese spread on them!

Coleslaw is made with apple cider vinegar instead of mayonnaise. Tastes so fresh! It's delicious!
