Robyn B.January 20, 2011They have the BEST candy and snacks in the checkout line. It's usually long, but always moves fast. Sometimes too fast for candy picking. And cans of soda for 50¢. Brilliance.

Varand OnanySeptember 17, 2014As has been noted before, customer service is very hit and miss... Mostly miss. But there's a nice sci-fi theme through the store, starting from the UFO entrance.
This place has a lot of bad reviews but I personally love it! I don't care much bout the customer service, But that's just me! I love ordering online and picking up later!
Covid seems to have wiped them out. Even though they sell computers online, they have ZERO desktops and one single laptop in-store. Call before making the drive!

Make sure you know your technology because a lot of these guys don't. I felt as if I was selling routers n modems to these peeps. They had very little knowledge of what I was tellin them.
Great store if you know what you want and where to find it. Don't expect much help asking anyone where things are located.
Fun sci-fi theme. Be sure to stop by the cafe for a soda pop and to catch the flick in one of their old car themed booths!

Stop in to the cafe at the back of the store, and have your snack in a car at a vintage drive-in movie.

Service is kind of bipolar here. Either you can't find someone when you have a question or you do, and they can't help you but will print an invoice for an item & stalk you to score a commission.

Their "match any internet price" claim on the huge sign up front is bullshit. Ask them for the fine print. They only match major retailers. so I took my business to a major retailer instead.

Wow... The service here SUCKS. Even management is awful (yes, that's you Maurine.) I will AVOID this place at all costs. I'd rather pay more elsewhere and be treated like a valued customer.

Every item is misplaced and mislabeled. Floor staff is worthless. Have fun!
