Order one of their cookies and ask them to toast it. Perfect combination of chewy and crunchy.
Make sure to tell the barista at the register if you want your drink "hot", "iced" (milk with ice cubes), or "frozen" (blended up). Just saying "cold" isn't specific enough. :-)
Great location and good coffee and tea. Service has always been friendly and fast.

Did u know that u can request coffee "not real hot" so it's drinkable?? Yeah...probably!
Try something from their expanded "skinny" drink list. Personal favorite - Skinny skinny mocha latticino. Just tell 'em Kim sent you.

No restrooms for paying customers or employees when they misplace all of their bathroom "tokens". Horrible experience.
