This place is extremely busy. You need to make an online appointment first. Once you do that things can go well, I had a big problem and they replaced my iPhone5 right on the spot. #satisfied
Foursquare never a chance to say what’s IMPORTANT to know about this store which is that the staff in general is incompetent (5 members couldn’t transfer an Android to a new iPhone, I’m not kidding)

Just to pick up my MBP its been 9 days , Since the repair it'll take 3 to 5 days ,was bit disappointed for the long period of time and I was expecting to New iPhone to show up but it didn't .
Beware you need an "appointment" to drop off an iPod to get a new screen or for any repair or problem. No appts available today. Sorry. I love my Apple stuff but this is crappy after sale support
Absolutely worst EVER customer service representative - Adelie (sp?) - at this store, rude, curt, even tho we had appt. Another customer service guy, Tyler, stepped in to actually treat us right. SMH
This is the worst Apple store to go to if you need anything fixed or if you have a problem that you actually want solved. Seriously only come here if you are buying something, not for any brainpower.

Incompetent employee charged my card twice and 2nd charge took the last $97.12 on card to bring balance to $0. said they refunded but refused to provide a receipt or anything saying I will get $ back.
