Be sure your drink is actually communicated to the baristas, especially during busy times. My drink has been forgotten more than once!

If you're a regular here, get to know Dhalia. She remembers everyone's names and orders, and is always really nice.
I love their morning crew always a smile and they try hard to remember their regulars.

Ryan WieczkowskiJune 6, 2017It serves me right for going to a midtown Starbucks but the service was slow and just plain bad. And despite having two bathrooms, I suspect both were "closed" because they didn't want to clean them.
Don't bother coming here if you're in a rush; or value your time. Staff at this location just can't seem to get it together. Always a 10+ minute wait once you order a drink.

Nik AndresenJuly 11, 2013Extremely subpar location. If you're in a hurry, avoid at all costs. Attached to a hotel in midtown so orders are given and received slower than the pedestrian traffic just outside.
The barista is drowning and no one is helping him. About 8 people waiting for drinks.
EdJanuary 12, 2013Don't expect a smile. Had breakfast here past 4 days and they are rude. Everything you ask for is far too much effort, inc just a coffee. Avoid.
Agreed, worst one around. Go around the block to the other one (on 36th & Madison)

slowest starbucks ever! especially in the morning. If your in a rush is better to go somewhere else.
