Enter at CPW and 77th to follow winding paths, some hidden and others in the open. There's a lovely one that cuts straight across to 5th Ave without the congestion of the other transverses.

If you have a dog this is a great spot with small areas of grass and lots for a pup to adventure in.

This relatively rugged expanse at the heart of Central Park feels completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the city due to its hilly and forested surroundings and being hemmed in by The Lake

There are lookouts all around the lake, some more secluded than others, that provide literal urban oasis while the rugged grounds provide countless hidden nooks and shelters for folks to get frisky!

One of the most magical parts of Central Park...you would never know you're in the middle of Manhattan. Wooded area with tons of trails, waterfalls and bird-watching.

An escape within Central Park. Look out for animals. We saw some beautiful birds, and even a raccoon.

I love the small winding paths in this area of Central Park. It's also great for watching the canoes on the lake.

A beautiful place to get lost. Feels more like going for a hike than walking through the city.
