- An Aladdin’s cave of tech and photography. The staff are amazingly helpful & knowledgable plus the selection is second to none. It’s worth going just to experience the crazy overhead delivery system!Upvoted 1 week ago
- Incredible place. It's huge! I went in for film. You select what you want, get a ticket, pay at a different desk, and pick up at a third one. Well oiled machine with great selection.
- Dan GerbargNovember 29, 2017A technological marvel of technological shopping. Conveyor belts overhead impossibly transport all merchandise from the well stocked sales floor directly to the counter. Lots of toys to play with too.
- Marc MayerJune 4, 2018If you’re not impressed by the Willy Wonka conveyor belt, you are a hollow husk, devoid of whimsy. Also, you think you know everything, but a staff member will always teach you something new.
- James PantherApril 17, 2016I was aware of B&H's online store but this place is just a sight to behold. I hope you've got a big wallet because there's something for everyone here!
- Gabriel M.November 8, 2018Outstanding service. Plenty of options in the mobile phone department. Staff was ready to answer questions, compare phones and was incredibly knowledgeable about the models' tech specs.
- Ben MackeyAugust 11, 2018A photographer’s holy land. You can get anything and everything photography related here. Go upstairs to talk to a sales person who can help find exactly what you need.
- such a love/hate relationship with this place. they definitely have some of the best prices in town, but they also have a lot of faulty stuff.
- B&H closes early on Fri 4 Sabbath observance. If you are rushing b4 closing with a return & a purchase: go in the RETURN entrance, they can arrange for most purchases if you have the item#.
- Charlston MathisonDecember 26, 2022Awesome selection, can be overwhelming. Do your research before arriving as the selection of cameras and gadgets can be overwhelmingly. You will positively find what you need!
- Larissa KuboMay 13, 2017It's a paradise for tech lovers. It's the most organized caos I have ever seen. It's amazing how the system works and even with many customers they are very attentive.
- jiresellDecember 1, 2017Everything you could ever want for your photo, audio or video needs. The staff is very technically capable!
- Besides the many cameras and lenses, there's also a very expansive display of smartphones and laptops, including niche brands 😮
- Yolanda ShoshanaJuly 1, 2011This is where you go to work out your geekSexy self. So many gadgets so little time, it can get overwhelming here, so take your time. Play around and you should come out with something fun.
- Richard BAugust 18, 2017Magical wonderland of photo equipment. It’s like the Stew Leonard’s of gadgets.
- Daniel TantaleanFebruary 28, 2016Bias against female and minority workers. Pay them less and pass them over for promotions. They make the Mexican immigrant works use a separate bathroom from everyone else.
- Ian CheeDecember 1, 2019Approach a sales associate if you need something not on display. You can send your items to the pick up counter below from the top floor via their conveyor belt system.
- Laura BedrossianJune 5, 2016Meh. Just go to their online store or Amazon/Best Buy. Having to check my small bag was annoyance #1. #2 came as it took 10 minutes for a salesman I didn't want to talk to, to offer unhelpful advice.
- Jinais Ponnampadikkal KaderNovember 16, 2016EXTREMELY RUDE when I tried to return something for the first time, after shopping at their Manhattan store for years. Keep your ears open for subtle but very rude remarks if you go there. NOT WORTH!
- Mariano AmartinoMarch 24, 2019Go with time and ask everything you want they are salesmen but they know their stuff
- Bo NashJune 29, 2012With all of the conveyer belts and amazing toys it looks like Santa's workshop. If Santa and his elves were New Yorkers. And Hasidic.
- LaKeesha FradellaNovember 29, 2014A little chaotic but we found what we needed and had very knowledgable workers to help us.
- Mark MacLarenDecember 26, 2015Great camera store! Fantastic place to try out cameras and lenses. Very helpful. Call me Let's go together. I'll help you pick out a camera, and teach you how to use it. Mark Mac Laren (212) 674-8615

- Richard WarrenNovember 26, 2021U got me! I have no idea except for scamming going on. Taking advantage of other businesses and individuals!!!
- IzaDecember 15, 2013It is amazing to watch the operations happen, but makes you feel impersonal when you move from widow to window to get your shopping bag...
- Be BopAugust 27, 2017I like this place so much that I bought stuff I didn't need...and never regretted it.
