Everything is awesome! This hotel with make you smile with their awesome customer service! I could not ask for anything more! I will forever and always stay at a Hyatt Regency when I'm out of town!
I saw a tip that doesn't match my accommodations. Cheryl at front desk(28 yrs w/company) welcomes you and is very informative. My suite is very nice with mini kitchen, sectional sofa & bath is sweet!
The burger with regular fries (not sweet potato) at the downstairs restaurantbar is delicious. If you're into good drinks, ask for Yamani to make your drinks. He's a great bartender!

I wanted to like the hotel more, grand foyer with an interesting design. Well thought renovations throughout, but upon checking in I found my room to be dirty.
WiFi can be complimentary if you ask for it. If you do online shopping and deliver the stuffs to the hotel, be prepared to pay between $5 -$10 per package for it to be delivered to you; ridiculous.

Surprisingly unhelpful front desk :| not just once. Didn't tell us our room was in the other tower when checking in. Then next day was very uninterested in telling us when our checkout time is.
The maid threw away important papers. Understand that is something that can happen by mistake but what gets me is that the room is filthy (behind sink, corners, etc) and I found someone else's hair.
