Honestly, this is the best Apple Store around. Love everyone that works there and they are always always always willing to bend over backwards to help a customer.

Make sure you show up early for genius bar appointments. The 'tude of the folks checking in was pretty disappointing. The person in front had an iPod and had to be double teamed. So I was late.

The power/sleep button on my iPhone 4 is stuck down and unusable which I've read is a common factory defect. Apple said they can't fix it because I'm out of warranty even though Its their fault. Wtf?!
