- Become a Zoo member! It'll give you access to not just Adelaide and Monarto Zoos, but also Perth, Taronga, Western Plains, Melbourne, and Werribee Zoos AND Healesville Sanctuary for 12 months!
- Michael JenkinsDecember 20, 2012Great day for the kids. Would recommend getting a yearly pass. It's cheaper and gives you access to all Australian zoos. As many times as you want.
- NaomiMay 11, 2013The food is not bad and not too expensive at the Wisteria cafe and it has a liquor license. Service could be better. You can patron the cafe without going into the zoo or eat by the huge turtles.
- Emma PinkJanuary 5, 2012Eat at the place near the entrance and not the Fig Tree cafe or even better pack a picnic and eat on the central lawn.
- C LDecember 6, 2016This is the zoo where I accidentally sat on a cactus with giant spikes lol, beware but otherwise great zoo!
- It's so worth getting a membership, when you travel interstate you'll get in FREE at the Melbourne, Perth and Sydney ZOO's, you'll pay for your membership after TWO visits!
- Emilijan SekulovskiSeptember 25, 2015Pandas were adorable... Petting the kangaroos was fun as well. Apart from that, not much to see.
- NaomiMay 11, 2013It's an oasis in the middle of the zoo! By going to the zoo it helps to save animals from extinction.
- Scott HeidrichNovember 20, 2011Good coffee at wildbites. The zoo is just great, especially with kids.
- New Entrance building has Australia's first green roof specifically designed to support wildlife, and SA's largest green walls
