- Rental Homes CanadaDecember 17, 2013The Burgundy Lion’s definitely a shade more pub than brasserie, but their dozen beer taps and high-level food earn them a solid place on this list. Besides Joe Beef and his team dine here. Enough Said
- Ebtisam AfrandFebruary 20, 2019EXTENSIVE list of whisky! Good choice of beers too, a classic pub with good vibes and good choices, food is great too. Their brunch menu is greasy and wholesome and sure to cure ANY hangover!! 😂
- Bøzidäar PapecApril 23, 2012i love this place. may be the best british atmosphere in north america, just go for it. DJs are playing Fri and Sat. great place to see a football (soccer) match not very popular on this side of earth

- Jake SmithFebruary 22, 2014Start with the poutine, and then try the Colonial Chicken (if you're feeling daring). It is a great but VERY spicy take on Chicken Tikka Masala.

- Dean SmithOctober 3, 2013Great Burgundy Ale, great service, and delicious food. Very much loved the home made Branston Pickle in the roast beef sammich.

- Jeremy KrantzDecember 14, 2014Solid food and pints. Good atmosphere and spacious. Clean too. One of Montreal's best pubs.
- Real English pub. Great atmosphere. Great music. Ask for the bangers & mash! Try the sticky toffee pudding for the dessert.
- Bn GNovember 26, 2011Blended menu with traditional English fare along with some Indian dishes that need no presentation. A nice addition to the Montreal list of restaurant/hangouts.
