Mark DavisAugust 13, 2014Awesome customer service. When going in to buy something its never taken more than a couple minutes.- If at all possible, ALWAYS book a reservation with the Genius Bar before coming in. It will save a lot of frustration.
Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment ahead of time on apples website before getting upset with the person checking you in for your device issues.
- Pay for things by yourself! Download the Apple store app, join the in store wifi & pay for items. No waiting!
Don't forget to pick up screen protectors for your iDevices!
