- Lauren MustoJuly 18, 2013Walk out of airport and hang a right for the city bus stop. Bus 292 will take you to City Center for 3.80 PLZ. Hit ATM before you exit as ticket machine takes cash/coin. Validate your ticket onboard!!Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Darshan RangnathAugust 18, 2015A cab to the city center costs $80-90PLN. Instead, take the public bus. It's found at the departure terminal. The ride will take about 50min and costs less than $4PLN.Upvoted 6 days ago
- Nice, clean, spacious airport, with good, close connections to train and other ground transport. Sadly, not many options for food once you’re thru security...Upvoted 13 hours ago
- Vending machine that holds baby food, headache/OTC medicines, hygiene products etc. Located on the first floor near the exit to the trains
- Doni BlagojevicNovember 7, 2015Part of the airport s renovated and looks really good. Check-in areas are however in the old part where work is still in progress. Anyway thumbs up for the place as it has free WiFi
- What I like the most is the short distance to city center - you can take a bus (about 1EU), a train, taxi Or uber (circa 20 EU)
- Hayo BartOctober 13, 2021Busses 208 and 252 take you to the city (centre) for just 6 zlots. They run every hour and twice and hour respectively and depart in front of arrivals at the right hand side (platform 1).
- There's convenient train to the city centre (20 minutes). You can buy tickets at the station BUT also in the train. :-)
- Nice modern airport with plenty of places past security. Security pretty fast. Take the train to get to and from the city as fast and very cheap
- Really nice airport with well designed routes and shopping area. Though you better leave your car on orange parking, the one next to terminal is quite expensive
- Gregory EngelsDecember 10, 2021There is a quite place with power outlets behind the nail parlor opposite the gate 10 where you can hang out and recharge
- KrzÿsztofMarch 25, 2018Until roughly end of 2018, check if your train isn't a replacement bus service. These are slower but cost the same, so you may prefer taking the cheaper city bus instead. Otherwise prefer the train.
- Small, surprisingly efficient. Beer and sandwiches available at Coffee Minute at gates.
- Majed AlashariJune 26, 2018Good easy access airport. Many ground transportation available. Bus stop is on your left when you are out of the airport around 300m away & it cost 3.8 zl to downtown.
- DoubleDeuceJuly 11, 2017Efficient, simple and well-designed airport. There aren't a lot of flights in and out but it's a beautiful airport.
- Polish delicacies store 'Krakowski kredens' is here so don't bother yourself with carrying all sorts of ogorki, kielbasa etc in your luggage: u can buy them at the airport! :)
- Ondrej FerApril 25, 2022AirPort taxi to city center cost about 80 zl., Uber only 50 zl. Or you can travel to center with train (15 zl).
- randogothJuly 2, 2018find drinkable tap water in the shower room next to the toilets at Gate 1. All other bathrooms just have warm water.
- If you travel with kids, as Need Help staff for assistance.Upvoted Feb 16
- André BezerraAugust 7, 2019Nice airport. New facilities. Head early to the security check. Lines are long, even when moving quick.
- Fried eggs and Earl Grey tea fit good for breakfast. Upstairs in main hall you can ask to make fresh for you
- .:. sAugust 22, 2013The unlimited free WiFi is great! The airport looks like its being expanded and improved. Hopefully, this is a sign of growth for Kraków.
- It is impressive after expansion. A lot of cafes and groceries, clean, nicely design, good wifi. 👌
- Don't forget to collect your loyalty points. One scanner is next to a souvenir store.
- MartinOctober 17, 2011If you are going to the city center and have some spare time, I recommend you to go by bus. It's much cheaper than train (3 PLN vs 10 PLN) and it takes you to the same point, train main station.
- Katie SuttonMarch 2, 2020Small airport, convenient for Kraków. Ubers from the airport are a fixed price, and much cheaper than regular taxis (around 30PLN / £6).
- Aimée JordanApril 8, 2016They are doing renovations so some check in counters, like KLM are off in different hallways. There is also no food after security with the exception of a duty free shop with cold beverages.
- Iurii LogoshaJune 24, 2017Very nice place. No long queues, not too much people. Many places for wait your flight.
- Daniel HajdukMay 24, 2016There's unlimited free wifi, free toilets . Not so many things to get in duty free . Quite small but enough big for krakow.
- Steve WithersJanuary 27, 2016The train from the airport to the main train station takes 17 mins and currently costs PLN 8.00. The train station is now connected to the main terminal t through the multistorey car park.
- Dynamically growing the biggest airport on south of Poland. Free Wifi! Follow on TT @KrakowAirport
- Tom MJuly 25, 2011AJ M is wrong, I walked straight through security, must be a day, mine was Monday afternoon leaving and no queue. Also duty free is on alcohol too! Same as everywhere!
- Very small bit does the trick! Great wi-fi! I didn't see that one coming! And it is free!
- Steven AndrophyAugust 23, 2013The domestic terminal is pitiful. I'd recommend waiting outside security until your flight is boarding as there are no real concessions in the gate area, just some grab and go stuff.
- Free wifi, Good transfer to the city by train or bus.
- Katarína DedinskáSeptember 17, 2016Good wifi but really small for that amount of passengers. Very good price for parking
- Jennie ChanSeptember 7, 2013You can buy tickets on board the train after you get off from the shuttle (or 20 min walk from the airport, can't miss it).
- FrancisAugust 26, 2016The train to the main train station is only 8 zloty/1.80 EUR, takes 20 min and runs every 30min
- Paul LewandowskiNovember 6, 2017This airport was an easy one to navigate - the train into Krakow wasn’t running (not sure why?) but an airport official guided several of us Americans over to the bus stop.
- Aykut C.April 16, 2015Very small airport but it is under construction.Take the bus 292,near Terminal1,for the city centre.(price is 4 zloty, around 1 euro.) Free wifi, do not change money here cause the rates are terrible.
- Lori YingApril 14, 2014Exit the terminal and turn right to catch the 292 or 208 bus to center city for 4zl ($1.30USD) in 40 min with dpts every 20 min. You can buy a ticket on the bus if you have coins
- IlyaJune 7, 2022The check-in queue was surprisingly slow, the security queue was just fine. After-security zone is quite pricy. Avoid sandwich place opposite gates 3 and 4 - food is mediocre and coffee is dreadful
- Peter FairlessJanuary 17, 2016The young excited security staff with pistols strapped to their thighs forgot all thoughts of good manners. Is it really likely a baby will have a bomb in its nappy?
- Karin GattringerNovember 26, 2017You can get cash on your out the airport, just don’t use the conversion rate they are suggesting,it is more expensive.
- I think it needs expansion badly. Sometimes 10+ flights going out within couple of hours and the security check just stalls
