ClemensMarch 31, 2015More shopping mall than train station with lots of shops and cafes. Taxi area is located on right side of main entrance.
Try the coffee and specialty bagels at "Coffee Fellows" or enjoy a nice cold beer at "Zapato" while waiting for your train. It's always hectic and sometimes windy here. But connections are very good.
If you have to wait for the next train, go to Zapatto. They have free WiFi and good food.

Hbf closed from 1:00 to 4:30am. Access to the platforms only.

Station closes 12-4am so don't count on sleeping inside the station overnight
Wenn man mal mehr als 20 Min warten muss. Zur nächsten Parkbank am Rhein sind es nur 5 Min zu Fuß.

Der Eisstand in der Haupthalle hat ein super Angebot. Auf jeden Fall vorbei schauen!- Marcel SchöneMay 15, 2013Einer der netteren Bahnhöfe in Deutschland. Relativ sauber, viele gute Restaurants, sehr zentral. MA ist ein guter Knotenpunkt!
Man ist zu Fuß super schnell in der Innenstadt. Einfach vom Bahnhof rauslaufen, geradeaus und am Wasserturm links in die Fußgängerzone abbiegen.
Wer etwas länger Aufenthalt hat, ist ruckzuck auf den Planken, Mannheims Fußgängerzone: 10 Min. zu Fuß oder 5 Min. per Straßenbahn.
Ein recht netter Bahnof. Die Eisdiele im EG ist prima.

Kleiner Bahnhof, aber wichtiger Verkehrsknoten für Süddeutschland. Schön ist schon anders... aber okay.
Diesen Bahnhof verbinde ich mit den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den schwarzen Punkten an der Decke in der Bahnhofshalle. Woher kommen die eigentlich?

Mittwochs ist übrigens Markt auf dem Bahnhofsvorplatz mit frischen Produkten aus der Region!
Das Bahnhofsgebäude ist täglich von 1:00 bis 4:30 Uhr geschlossen!
Ganz hinten im Bahnhof (UG) gibt es einen Backwerk-Shop mit günstigen Backwaren

Samstags ab 18Uhr und Sonntags fährt der RE Mannheim - Frankfurt , nur im 2 Std takt.
