I typically come here for brunch on the weekends. It's fun sitting on the patio outside with a dog. The hostess who usually works on the weekends loves dogs and brings a water bowl.
Holy shi* if you can order the salmon burger , do it immediately. I got it as a special but you might be able to swing it.
- I know brunch. So here's what you do: order the "Blue Max" (poached egg special) with a side of applewood bacon. When finished, thank me...preferably via channels like twitter. @tristanwalker btw! :)

Adam JonesMarch 21, 2017Try the cucumber salad. It is delicious. I also like the pizza. There are so many delicious combinations of ingredients. Try it.- great chicken and waffles plate. The waffles are incredible (bacon studded!)...the chicken is tempura battered so not what you'd expect with a traditional chicken / waffles plate but it'll do.
They define what exceptional service truly is. Friendly staff. Charlie Ayers is very personable. There's something for everyone. Best burgers in PA!- If you haven't already, try to sit at the "bar" to see the chefs go to work! They're awesome. You also get to see/smell all the good foods. Be on the lookout for Charlie Ayers!
Gluten free cookie was really good! Brussels sprouts side Is boring, get something else! My waiter was lame, but the rest of the staff picked up to make it decent experience at the counter!

- Make sure you say hi to Ernie at the bar. He's awesome. He's also totally cool with folks changing the channel at the bar. Win win win.

The Blue Max with bacon at brunch is really good. Nice twist on eggs florentine.

The specials are amazing; there's always at least one that's worth changing my order for.

jordanschumMay 31, 2010Whole wheat bread loaf from the Market a go-go side is delicious. Outside edges are covered with a variety of seeds and the hint of honey is definitely notable. :)
There is so much that is great to eat at Calafia, but I have to say that I really love the pizza.

- So fun to sit at the counter and watch the chefs prepare the amazing food.
- I love the pizza. The combination of flavors is outstanding and delicious.
The steak tacos here are amazing...gluten free dairy free and low carb and it's still good!!
