Carlos LopezOctober 18, 2016Great location! Comfortable and clean rooms. They have an executive lounge in which they serve continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. The views to the lake from the rooms are amazing!

Simply an awesome central location! Staff a great! Especially the security dept. Professional and efficient when I lost my phone at the hotel.
Location's FAB~Staff's wonderful~Bed's are comfy..But between the paper-thin walls & 2" gaps under the doors, sleep is next to IMPOSSIBLE since you can hear COMPLETE conversations & EVERYTHING else!!

Old dark furniture needs to be refreshe- Love this hotel! The location is fabulous, right in Michigan Avenue. Lots if shopping options around and the Cheesecake Factory across the road! 🍃😍

Hard to beat the locations and overall quality of the rooms for the prices. Great service at the front desk as well

ryan FJuly 28, 2012Only onsite parking option is valet service at $59 a day +taxes and tips.... Garage a block away is $40 a day, which is a little easier to swallow!
Don't stay on the 15th floor. There's a wedding reception on the 16th floor and the base is keeping up our family. Apparently they can go til midnight. I'll never stay here again

Make sure you tell the front desk not to leave your check out receipt wrapped around your door handle so everyone in the hallway can see who is in the room. Serious security concern.

DJ LORiDecember 11, 2014Head man of on-duty parking (not staff nor manager Peter) is horribly rude, very arrogant and disruptive when you speak. I spin at Westin annually at Christmas and have the same problem every year.
A very Noisy hotel can't sleep in the afternoon. Dog barking, noisy housekeeping doors banging
