A historical place and a must of museum lovers. You should not miss the Crown Jewels exhibit, and the crows at the tower, is not for a rainy day as buildings are not connected.

The crown jewels are on display here. It's a little overwhelming just how much history is here. I recommend taking a free tour with the yeoman warders, aka beefeaters. They're every hour - love them!

You can see the contrast between the old and new city. Something magical of London. Inside the building is the original Roman Fortress of Londinium.

Spectacular. There is something special that happens when you can see and touch history. Most of London's history is just words on a page, but when you see it, it comes to life.

If Jewels line too long, do everything else: the line shortens towards closing. If in line before 5:30pm closing, they have to let you see the Jewels. At start of moving walk is 530 carat Cullinem!

The guided tour is free so be sure you do it, the "guides" are great and legitimate bad asses as I learned over the course of the tour. Crown jewels are a general must. Go right at open to avoid lines

London is a modern city. The Tower of London castle is a wonderful place to visit becasue it is full of history and it is a very unusual sight to see becasue it is literally in the centre of the city.
