KaeLyn RichDecember 17, 2012Some great vegan food to enjoy with their wide selection of beers and wines. Coconut, lettuce, tomato (CLT) sandwich is vegan and yummy. Get the poutine without the cheese--their gravy is vegan!
Incredible beer list, awesome food (including an entire section of the menu devoted to poutine). Possibly my favorite restaurant in Rochester.
Absolutely spectacular food and huge beer selection served by knowledgeable and attentive staff. Strongly recommend Fish & Chips w/Mushy Peas

What can be said that hasn't already been said? Best beer collection in upstate (besides Mahar's in Albany), good pub fare, and a pretty nice biergarden atmosphere in the warmer months.

Poutine is a staple menu item... Really like the Cuban sandwich too. One of the top draft lineups in the area.
If you get the chance to go to one of their beer pairing dinners, do it. They're tons of fun and will open your eyes about the possibilities of pairing beer and food.
Joe's neighborhood pub is a great place for a beer and bite. The beer selection is broad and ever-changing. The food is tasty and interesting if sometimes a little pricey. Read more

The seasonal menu changes are always a cause for celebration. Favorites include the mahi mahi tacos, meatloaf benedict, and winter salad.
Many great vegan options. Great service with big comfortable booths. Now in my top five for places to eat in Rochester.- Try the North Coast Brewing Rasputin Imperial Stout (Draft ! ) - Lovely creamy head , dark , heavy and slightly sweet . Lovely !
- A great place to meet clients for business meetings. From 2-5 the place is quite, Wifi is free and at the end you can buy your client a beer and really connect on a personal level w/ a good craft brew

You can wear shorts and flip flops here. You can wear a suit here. Both are acceptable. A suit and flip flops are your best bet. Grab a beer and relax.
My favorite Southwedge hangout. Beers on tap are rotated daily and the wait staff knows an incredible amount of beer knowledge.- Mussels & Frites & pulled pork & kimchi. Eat the mussels and dump the fries in the broth.
