Free WiFi for UAL crew so make sure you sign up for the faster speed. I confirmed with the front desk that its taken off the bill. No sense in creeping the web at 2mbps when 6 is free also!

No mini-fridges in rooms (but you can rent one for $25), WiFi $10-15 a day (but free in lobby), flatscreens but HD on only some channels - expect more for expen$ive hotel but typical of Sheratons.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the next room. And the decor hasn't been updated since the mid-90's. But maybe it's good for the terrible city of Sacramento?

Ask for a to-go box at the Club Lounge if you can't fit your food on those tiny plates.

Correction: The Concierge lounge is on the 26th/top floor and open to Platinum members, and possibly Gold members, if they ask the frontdesk.

If you don't spend at least $20 at the bar or restaurant, they refuse to validate parking! Might as well eat more rather than pay the parking!

Regarding David B's tip, I went to the 25th floor and could not find the concierge lounge. When I asked about it downstairs, a staff member said it's only open to Platinum (not Gold) level members.

No general store at this hotel so good luck finding any snacks or meds. The hotel has been doing very noisy construction lately as well.
