Free WiFi for UAL crew so make sure you sign up for the faster speed. I confirmed with the front desk that its taken off the bill. No sense in creeping the web at 2mbps when 6 is free also!
No mini-fridges in rooms (but you can rent one for $25), WiFi $10-15 a day (but free in lobby), flatscreens but HD on only some channels - expect more for expen$ive hotel but typical of Sheratons.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the next room. And the decor hasn't been updated since the mid-90's. But maybe it's good for the terrible city of Sacramento?
Regarding David B's tip, I went to the 25th floor and could not find the conciergelounge. When I asked about it downstairs, a staff member said it's only open to Platinum (not Gold) level members.
