Easily the coolest REI store anywhere. Make sure you go through the main entrance, because its awesome. Kids play area and restaurant and climbing wall. I could die happy here.
We needed to get fitter for backpacks for our first backpacking trip. The gentleman who helped us "Martin" was great. He provided lots of great information, all of which got used on our trip.
Super helpful, attentive staff. Greatest store ever, though the amount of money I could spend here at any given time is dangerous. I love you, REI flagship. You've got it all.
Best tip! If you are coming for hikingboots definitely try the outlet. Someone has already broke them in for at least one hike! Oh - def spring for the uber thick socks with wicking action!
Amanda from the bike shop was amazing. She took her time thoroughly looking over our bikes, giving us a fair assessment, and the best price on the tune up and part replacement possible.
The REI garage is free for 1 hour but paid afterwards. Make sure to set an alarm for yourself since it's so easy to get sucked into the awesomeness of the store.

Park in the garage then walk out where you drove in. Turn right and go around to the truck entrance. Start your shopping in the outlet/ lightly loved section.
Buying a pack? Bring in some gear, or gather some from around the store to get a realistic feel 4 the pack you're investing in. This is way better than using the sandbags. Then walk the store w/ pack
