The Apple Store here is the BEST!! It's really spacious, and isn't chaotic or crowded. There're plenty of Geniuses to go around as well.

RubySeptember 12, 2015I remember how cool the mall was before it burned down but now it's even better! Tons of stores and so huge that it will probably take you a couple days to see the whole thing!
It's a nice, upscale mall, to be sure. I didn't find it crowded at all, visiting several days at different times, all during the week.

AlisonFebruary 12, 2012You can find where you parked (in case you forget) by texting the code on the parking post closest to where you parked before you entered the mall.- Burberry. Tiffany & Co. Louis Vuitton. Omega. Lacoste. Hugo Boss. If you want luxury, this is where you need to go. Bring on Zara.
So many cool unique shops can make a day out of it here!
Kids family parking. One of the many reasons I love this mall.
- Turn if your smartphone's wifi capability, and use a 3G/4G signal. The free wifi that's based here never works.
Reiterating another's tip: After Thanksgiving Day, go straight for the parking garage.
The play area is chaotic! Unaccompanied kids, kids who are too old for the space, unruly brats. Take your kids to a park or to the pool instead!

Parking is plentiful and great crowd. Everyone is always friendly.

Quick get out. People will try and shot you, the floor will buckle, or they will set you on fire. Go to a safer mall.- Park on the Macy's side of the parking lot. Avoid the structures at all costs.
- Just park in the hugr parking garage. Youll never find parking anywhere else.
Dislike the vendors within the kiosks who PUSH to give/sell you something. SO annoying, sadly!
Great energy at the mall. Teams are working hard to get it back open 100%
