Nick SweetmanApril 16, 2016Mall integration is convenient. Double-level design is inconvenient. However, cart elevator and check-outs on both floors do help.
they've done a complete remodel here - no longer the run down sketchy target, it's quite moder, has an optical center and a starbucks inside, and the layout is much easier to navigate!
Remember which level you parked on and.came in. Choose the wrong level when exiting and you'll think you case's been stolen.
They need more employees to walk around, be available to help with directions around store.
