Visited to resolve a problem with my daughters phone. Even with no openings for service assistance that evening, she asked me to wait a few minutes, returned and fixed it herself. Thank you Nancy!
Not all the employees even knew what I was talking about when trying to connect two iMacs which is pretty sad, but the lady that finally was able to help me was awesome
If you're planning on paying in cash, just tell the Apple guys that your are. They have hidden money registers but they process the bills in their iPhones. 😉

To the guy who complained that there is no cash register- all Apple stores have been using monile/portable payment swipers for a while now. Just ask an employee to be checked out.
There is a cash register at the far left side of the bar. The store is very busy, but so are all apple stores. I doubt the employee got mad over your downgrade since they don't make commission.
Worst Apple store in the history of worst Apple Store. Ordered an Ipad online, got pick-up email, came and sat for 2 hours and couldn't pick it up because order couldn't be found. Don't even bother.
Store is too busy. Employee got pissed because I downgraded from a 16gb iPhone to a 8gb one and the system had no official way to compute the refund since Apple seems to only expect upgrades.
