Very nice resort with beautiful views, though it is decidedly not stroller-friendly. If you have little ones, plan on carrying them up and down lots of steps.

Excellent service and food. Only complaint: the pools are really heavy on the chemicals. My child and several of her friends ended up with a nasty chlorine rash. We'll be back, but NOT for the pool!

Relax next to a roaring fire in the lobby and enjoy live music performed nightly - enjoy our new entertainment options ranging from piano players to a contemporary jazz trio and a new guitarist.

At the lobby bar, best deal was the humus app! Huge plate of humus, various veg, and yummy, warm, grilled flatbread wedges!

Cute little ski hill. Bit expensive in my opinion if you have to rent your own skis/board. Hotel is nice. Lots of free "experiences" plus great fitness center. Family friendly.

Enjoy a getaway for golfing, hitting the slopes or relaxing in the spa. A great venue for events from weddings to conventions. Check out the TV in the bathroom mirror!

In the room, spare power sockets are on the side if the desk, and the inside of a bedside table. No need to unplug the lamps!

If it's cold out, try the sauna in the spa to warm up. If it's hot out, try the sauna to purify your soul.

Highly recommended, esp. Chicagoans with kids that want to travel by car, close to home -- they cater to families! Read more

Nice place. More outlets spread thruout the room. I counted 6. God food and pleasant service. Not a physical disability friendly layout.

There's tons of outlets in the rooms. They're on the side of the dresser, nightstand, etc. Staff are excellent.

Reserve a room facing the golf course/water, or else you'll be looking at an uninspiring parking lot.

There's a beautiful basketball court in the spa! Shoot some baskets and dribble around for great exercise.

If you call the concierge they will have a microwave sent to your room. ..a feature not usually there but useful for people like me who bring food because of allergies

In Cafe Gelato there are chocolate covered squares on a stick. Threw two half eaten ones in the trash, you've been warned.

Odd place, a former Playboy Club Resort. Location is not optimal.

Would never ever recommend anyone to stay here. Worst service as soon as I checked in. I will never be back. No person should ever be hassled as soon as they walk in the door.

We went to the Italian restaurant "Brissago". They said it was number one in the state, but the service was terrible and the food was bland, and the salads were awful. Try Chop House instead.

Not many outlets in the room available for electronics recharge and walls extremely thin. Feel like I'm living with my neighbor! Property is beautiful tho.
