Stock up on fresh ramen noodles from sun noodles (David Chang's fav producer). Get a few of their soup packets (shoyu, miso, or tonkotsu), too and you can make exceptional homemade ramen in 5 mins.

The largest Japanese market in the region. This place has it all. Food court, produce, dry goods, & a mall next door with Japanese books & household goods. There's a free bus from the Port Authority.

The Spicy Miso Ramen from Santoka is the best! Place your order as soon as you get there (and do your shopping) if you come on a crowded day - the wait at Santoka is sometimes 30+ minutes.

Spicy ramen in the food court is amazing here. The food court is legit. I personally can't come to mitsuwa without having ramen, but the spicy fried gyoza is awesome and so is the onigiri.

Great Japanese market with grocery, food court, and events throughout the year. Delicious ramen and yummy Taiyaki. Check out the Mochi pounding festival in January and the Summer festival in August.

Cash only food court but there is a chase atm inside. The free water tastes funny. Soft serve ice cream is delicious! My usuals are soba, ramen, or chirashi!

Make sure you don't wait until the last minute to buy your meal/ice cream/cake! The restaurants and other stores in Mitsuwa close earlier.

An almost always busy marketplace with a variety of food vendors (sushi, udon, matcha, crepes). You'll most likely have to stand in line for a bit, but it's worth the wait!
