Order the Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake) It's full orf veggies and meat, and has bonito flakes on the top. Let me just say "fried octopus leg", "spicy raw crab", and "chicken skin on the skewers" will make your night. And don't forget to get a pitcher of Sapporo.

The Hamashio (broiled salt clams) are HUGE and juicy and so amazingly mouth watering. Everything is delicious, chicken heart, sashimi bowl, all of the specials...mm!

Go to dishes incl, but DEF not limited to: take yakitori combo, spicy tuna in a bowl, takowasa (raw salted octopus with wasabi), agedashi tofu, takoyaki, gesokara, miso cod
KeiKa AJanuary 2, 2012I've never been to Japan, but I imagined it to be just like this place. I got the okonomiyaki, yakisoba, & the mochi ice-cream for dessert. Portions were humungous & prices were reasonable. LOVED IT!

Food RepublicJune 18, 2012You basically can't lose with this izakaya-style menu, but we're going to beat a dead horse (for tenderizing purposes) and echo the fact that you must order the fried squid legs.
Eat anything and everything. If you're Korean, get the spicy raw crab and be in Heaven.
I love their hamashio - succulent, hot, salty clams. For the adventurous, try the chicken gizzard skewers!
GESOKARA is just fantastic fried squid leg. Awesome with beer.

Fried squid legs, country stew, oysters & mushrooms in butter sauce, spicy tuna bowl, beef tongue, okinomyaki! #nom- Amazing bi bim bap and be sure to check out the "speakeasy" by the staircase.

Get dinner at Village Yokocho, then booze it up at Angel Share. Get the chicken heart. Unless you're a prude.
Tried a few dishes, and they were all delicious, but their ice creams are also particularly good.

The udon noodle soup is as flavorful as food can be without overpowering the eater by the end.
