The mall is absolutely WOW. You may find everything here: from souvenirs (much better than in Tokyu Hands in Tokyo) to luxury brands and local designers.

This mall is just wow. I love what they did with the escalators - they give people a better view of the building & Kyoto Station.

JRの南北通路に直結した二階入り口を入ってエレベーターの奥に、京都の作家モノの雑貨や小物の売り場がある。運が良ければ手作り作家のアクセサリー等を扱った店が年4回程出ているようなので、自分へのお土産を買いそびれたワーキングウーマンに是非オススメしたい。お値段は手作りモノにしてはやや高めだが、コンセプチュアルな作品が多く、見ているだけでも楽しい。

地下のお茶売り場の立地がえらい分かりにくかった。漬物、お茶、和菓子、京都の有名な店は大体入ってます。

帰る時におみやげと新幹線で持ち込める食料を必ずデパ地下で確保する。京都で名品や帰り際に弁当を買うのはすごくお勧め
