The Sazerac a New Orleans version of the Old fashioned. Named after the Sazerac de Forge et Fils brand of cognac. It is sometimes considered the oldest known cocktail.

Fancy cocktails are nice but if you want to settle in & chillax try a Dave Pale Ale. It has a slightly sweet/almost bitter finish.
