So much to see and buy! This is a great place to find little souvenirs for friends if you're visiting Japan. Many of them are tourist items and cheaply made, but there are good finds here if you look.

Great place for souvenirs and sweets leading up to Sensoji temple. The area there is known for tempura restaurants and stew street.

One of the best places in Tokyo to shop for cheap souvenirs. Shop and taste Japanese sweets and street food at the same time. Weekdays are less crowded.

Nakamise is a traditional name given to shopping streets on the grounds of temples/shrines, this street stretches from the Kaminarimon Gate towards Sensoji Temple is one of the oldest & most famous

Allegedly d oldest shopping street in Tokyo. Lots of souvenir & handicraft shops. Plenty of food outlets2. Very touristy so prices tend 2b more expensive.

Best shopping street for tourists so far. You can find traditional snacks, candies, keychain, yukata and also soft cream!

Tourists everywhere, you just get swept along. Great for cheap souvenirs. But I'd recommend the traditional Japanese sweets instead.

浅草寺の目の前にある宝蔵門から雷門に至る参道の両側に並ぶ商店街を仲見世と言います。浅草名物の雷おこしをはじめ、和装小物、玩具、舞扇、かんざしなどを美しく飾りたてた店が軒を連ね、下町情緒を味わうことができます。

2018／3月現在夜23:00までライトアップ中。昼間の喧騒が嘘みたいに静か。店は開いてませんがシャッターアートを見ながらのんびり歩くのもいいと思います♪
