William HJune 7, 2018Almost no seating you can get or would want because the space is so small but they make delicious cold brew so just grab and go instead.
Hands down the best coffee. The SBUX may be more convenient and take charge cards but Joe is worth the walk an worth the cash. I wish they were everywhere!- The hipster coffee spot in the UWS. Check in the bathroom, behind the toilet, there are secret compartments in the wall where patrons hide trinkets.

You need a bigger Americano? They don't usually sell them, but if you ask for one in a jumbo cup with an extra shot they know how to make it work ;)
Leo MedinaDecember 9, 2015Small tables not very good for working. But excellent for dates or business meetings. Hot cider during the winter is really good too- Chilled expresso is the best coffee drink I had in nyc. With the sugar water and cream. It is sooo smooth!!!

Serious EatsApril 21, 2013Good coffee at Joe is a given, but the Manhattan mini-chain specializes in friendly, helpful service.
Iced soy latte is an excellent go-to. If you're in the mood for a treat, go for an iced dirty chai or salted apple bread!
Food & WineApril 22, 2011Jonathan Rubinstein's espresso shop in the West Village has been a hit ever since it opened in 2002. Rubinstein recently switched to beans from Ecco Caffe, a boutique Sonoma roaster.

They now have sandwiches, fruit and granola to add to their great coffee

Everything here is delicious, but I'm partial to the chai latte- creamy, flavourful, and not too spicy. Beats Starbuck's any day of the week, and twice on Sundays.
Like black coffee? Stop by in the mornings for a cup of their single origin!- My local favourite and somehow they manage to make 2% cappuccino taste like full fat ones! Genius;-)
Really like the cold brew. Space is very small - 8 tiny tiny tables
- Cold brew is the best thing here, regular house roast always solid
The cortado might just be the most perfect coffee for those who like their espresso with milk.
