They have a dedicated gluten free menu. When my hubby, who Is just along for the GF ride, ordered a 'problem soup', they came back and offered an alternate choice. Nicely done, P.F. Changes.

Clearly marked Gluten Free section on the menu. Don't forget to ask for the gluten free soy sauce and condiments as well.
