    Much of the delay is from people bringing the wrong documents and the employees trying to explain. The wait was forever, but when I got up to the counter, I was out in 5 minutes.

    Come first thing in the morning or be prepared for insanely long wait times! Bring something to keep you busy.

    Was here Wed at around 4pm there's no lineup,, came back thurs at 5pm and there were lots of people. Should have gone back at an earlier time when there's no line up. Waited over an hour..
