The butter fish / escolar is yummy. My new fave. I usually stick to maguro and hamachi.

If you come with a baby or children, expect to be put out of site in the back room. Really?!?! Never had that happen at any other San Carlos restaurant.
- Don't get the profiteroles for dessert. They are either cream puffs straight from Costco...or just taste that way. Skip it.
