50/50 chance you can get a table to work at. Finding a parking spot can be a struggle as well. I would definitely suggest going to the starbucks on carpenter if you want to get work done

Park in the central lot and walk over if you're planning on staying awhile instead of trying to park in the lot adjacent to the building.- Its best to buy a home near this place so you can visit it often. Order the earl grey tea latte. It's the best thing on the menu. (The secret's in the vanilla.)
