Andrea TomlinJuly 8, 2013The promise of customer service here is a bit better than the actual execution of it. The people are extremely friendly, but the follow through is not amazing, and the rooms are not kept up that well
Rooms are good but the hotel entrance and lobby is not convenient. The location is perfect but the street noise can be heard inside the rooms even in higher floors.
Must order the wings here on the late night menu- ask for the 3 dipping sauces on the side. Delicious!
The kids love this place! They give each kid a backpack at check-in filled with toys and a flashlight. They also have a trunk of toys and books you can borrow for your stay.

Do not be fooled by their website. Only a few suites are updated and the rest are from circa 1980s...just not pleased w taking 2 separate elevators to get to my room, especially if I'm tipsy!!
