A quick break from the city hustle? Greeley park is the place. In the summer I had fun playing ping pong with new people and it was a good workout 🤗. Plus tons of resturaunt and retail stores nearby.
Named after Horace Greeley who used to be the publisher of New York Tribune. The statue inside the park was created by Alexander Doyle in 1890 in his honor.
Un pequeño espacio verde a pasos de las Herald Towers y Macy´s, enfrentado al Herald Square. Un poco de aire y fresco en medio del gentío y de los altos edificios del barrio
Greeley Square Park, refurbished in 1990, is managed by the 34th Street Partnership. It offers tables and chairs, exquisite horticulture, a food kiosk operated by Nuchas, and free public restrooms.
