- Delta terminal. Parking Ali's very close by. Not much seating room available for waiting. Very relaxed there. They also have a small cafe place there coffee and small items are there to purchase.
- Sara NewmanJune 14, 2018The World Bean across from gate C66 has reasonably priced breakfast ($3.50 for avocado toast, $2.00 for peanut butter banana toast). The coffee is fine
- Neil MansillaAugust 6, 2012Most people check in on right because those kiosks are in sight as you walk in. Walk to the left and you'll find a whole other Delta check-in counter that is usually empty.
- Ben MackeyAugust 29, 2015This place is super depressing. I don't think anyone working here enjoys their job. The iPads everywhere in the terminal make everything even less personal.
- David CrawfordJune 12, 2016It is more of a crowded greenhouse than an air conditioned paradise. Best enjoyed with refrigerated bottled water.
- Always glad to arrive at terminal 2 on Delta and avoid the miles of walking at T4.
- Clarka HonzikuJune 7, 2014If you have some extra time, take the shuttle bus to terminal 4 - they have Shake Shack there! Heaven is only five minutes away ;-)
- Hal KirklandApril 4, 2013When pretending to be Captain just so u can sit in the cockpit for the duration of your flight, make sure you dress like an Airline Captain and not a 14th Century Pirate Captain. It arouses suspicion.
- Shaheem JacksonJune 24, 2013Try to forget the fact that you're about to board a tin can that will not only be hurled at the sky but it's also expected to stay there.
- If you are on Delta, T2 is better than terminal 4 in that it's less crowded in the mornings and you don't have to walk forever to get to your gate.
- Alyona KDecember 26, 2014Get here early , the lines at security check point are longer than you can imagine 😑
- Steven BNovember 5, 2019You’ll find RELIABLE and WORKING power outlets along the gates C60-C64 side. The seats on the other side? There’s plugs, but most are not working.
- Mary YoungJune 26, 2012Delta skymiles members get a dedicated, often shorter line. Wish I saw that before I got in line! Would save a lot of time.
- Noah ReiterAugust 30, 2018For such a crummy terminal, the Delta Skyclub is surprisingly large and nice.
- Radža K.July 9, 2017Terminal 2 is bit dated and usually crowded place, Terminal 4 is much more pleasant place for Delta flights.
- Jeff MehiApril 16, 2011Smoothie King helps make your flight awesome. Get the passion fruit super size and your cross country flight will be that much better
- Head over to World Bean by Gate C66 & order an avocado toast. At $3.50 it's a steal. 👌
- Consistently one of the most illogical security lines in the country (Vegas, Phoenix) early in the morning. They make up by taking next departing flyers to the front.
- Sky Priority Terminal with quick check in - serving Gates 21-30. If you are not departing from these gates best to use Terminal 3
- Won Hee ChangMay 3, 2012Go through security at terminal 3, then walk back to terminal 2. Reliably shorter queue, especially if you're some kind of medallion or skyteam member.
- Steffen HannoverJanuary 16, 2023This terminal is permanently closed due to construction work on the new Terminal 1. Flight operations ended on Saturday, January 14th, 2023, at 12:01 AM.
- Sushil RajaMay 6, 2012Definitely a good idea to use terminal 3 if it's busy, but realize its still quite a hike to terminal two.
- This terminal is so bad, so old, and so depressing, you'll think you're at LGA. This has to be the worst terminal at JFK.
- Süeda C.August 25, 2012You MUST have your phone/music player fully charged and your mobile internet working..get a magazine too, because it is mad boring -.-
- Daniel WOctober 21, 2010Don't forget to leave the big tube of toothpaste at home, unless you want a lecture from a bored-looking TSA guy. You might blind the pilot with your pearly whites.
- The renowated terminal looks good. New shops and food options
- James SandovalAugust 31, 2012Free iPad station. Beware of the $18 cheeseburger at Bonfire, it comes with 1000 Island dressing and no substitutions.
- Amy RobertsonDecember 11, 2016There is wifi and short security lines, but woefully less food than terminal 4
- Chris MSeptember 15, 2011Between Gate 21 and 22 is an oasis of power plugs and USB ports with proper seating for the electronic life style
- Joe CapobiancoApril 28, 2018Pain in the ass to get to via air tram. Quick thru security (thankfully). But otherwise kind of one of the worse terminals at JFK
- Designed in the early '60's for Braniff Airways, this old terminal will be torn down in the not too distant future. There are no plans for another building here.
- Get here early because now that they have the body scanners, TSA moves 4X slower.
- MunemApril 25, 2012If you see a pigeon near sbarros, please share. I think there's a pigeon who lives here - I've been here
- Tim MooreMarch 11, 2012Lots of iPods free for use - rubbish though and network is slower than dial up. Use own device and free wi-fi via t-mobile delta lounge as mentioned already.
- Fula OOctober 26, 2022TSA Pre and Clear is a huge timesaver. I don’t spend more than 10 min in the security line
- Jenny LamJanuary 19, 2012Unless you are flying first class, security lines are always terrible. Even if you are Sky Priority, it's faster to go through Terminal 3.
- Pablo Alvarez-DacostaJuly 30, 2018Terminal 2, needs to be updated including direct access to the air train.
