LexiMarch 30, 2015Got an upgrade to a suite. It was modern, trendy and spacious with excellent view of the river through multiple windows. The gym at the hotel can be definitely renovated.

Scott WintnerSeptember 8, 2012On a nice day, the rocking chairs on the Lakeshore side of the hotel are the perfect spot to unwind and people-watch... nice alternative to the jazzed-up "living room" (a.k.a. lobby).

Ryan HaniscoMarch 21It’s in a good location with amazing views of Navy Pier and. A caring staff but the property is so neglected and needs to be refurbished badly.
Tell them you are going for a run when you check in, they give you a handy little map with milestones up and down the lake to measure your run by.
Fluying ✅March 31, 2018Amenities are the downside of this hotel. You need to request and served upon availability for refrigerators, coffee machine, even shower caps.
Excellent remodel since last time I was here. Lobby area and rooms are much nicer. Staff seems more helpful as well.
This is a great hotel...ask to upgrade to a lake view as its well worth it. Also check out the sun deck for drinks on the 7th floor when its warm out.

Love, look, location & views on lakeside. Security failed with room doors not closing. Didn't honour free internet including w/booking. Took a month to reply to these issues presented, after my stay.

You can be stingy and use one set of bliss supplies the entire week and horde the rest. Will make the Mrs back at home very happy

The front people are very friendly, make sure not to be a hot mess yourself
It deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars only the room has very limited amenities 😔😕
The gym is on the 7th floor but I recommend running along the lake.
Truffle fries at WAVE restaurant. They have Kettle for Dawn. ONLY place I stay in Chi-town. Donnell the doorman is the best
