Good for chillin, walking around, having a cup of coffee and shopping. The atmosphere is surrounded with talented people in music, art and dance. Just enjoy 'em.

The parking lots are laid out more logically than you think: even-numbered structures are on the ocean side (2nd St), odd numbers are on LA side (4th St). The lower the #, the farther from SM Place.
One of the attractions that all tourists and nearby locals visit. All shopping stores are there. Many good talents of street performers 👍🏻
