Toppings Bar: Not all of the salads and sauces are vegan, but plenty of them are: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, pickles, and tabouleh. That's a lot you can stuff in a pita, with or without falafel.
Great falafel, friendly service, clean establishment. HOWEVER — though they brag about their falafel (and rightly so), they gotta give more love to their cole slaw. Surprisingly good cole slaw.
High quality falafel place. A bit pricier than the typical spot but the quality is definitely there. Only complaint is they fill the sandwiches too much and you can't load up on toppings!
The salad is the best value as it's almost unlimited access to the salad bar. The dimensions of the salad plate allow you to pile on the extras high and wide 🤑😁
Sammich with hummus, and feel free to load up on cabbage, beets, pickles, tahini & spicy green chili sauce. "To stay" paper side dish for broccoli, but go easy cause it's an oil festivus.
I have Celiac so I went to Maoz after checking online, I got their Amazing falafel gluten free! However I also took their eggplant not knowing they would be fried and they actually contains gluten...
the broccoli/cauliflower, the carrots, and the cilantro sauce are incredibly delicious. So is the pita (and of course the falafel) but I'm always full and never get to eat the pita!
This branch was beyond bad. Limited salad bar half filled. Undressed carrots, bland beets and cold oily broccoli. Also warm tahini dressing & uncooked centers in the falafel. Hence empty unlike U Sq
