Serious EatsApril 23, 2013Toppings Bar: Not all of the salads and sauces are vegan, but plenty of them are: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, pickles, and tabouleh. HOWEVER — though they brag about their falafel (and rightly so), they gotta give more love to their cole slaw. Surprisingly good cole slaw.
High quality falafel place. A bit pricier than the typical spot but the quality is definitely there. Only complaint is they fill the sandwiches too much and you can't load up on toppings!

Sammich with hummus, and feel free to load up on cabbage, beets, pickles, tahini & spicy green chili sauce. "To stay" paper side dish for broccoli, but go easy cause it's an oil festivus.

The falafels are gluten-free now! Get a salad box, some hummus, toppings and Tahini sauce and you have a gluten-free, vegan meal under 600 calories!
Margot LabJuly 30, 2012I have Celiac so I went to Maoz after checking online, I got their Amazing falafel gluten free! However I also took their eggplant not knowing they would be fried and they actually contains gluten...
the broccoli/cauliflower, the carrots, and the cilantro sauce are incredibly delicious. The beauty of eating in is the all-you-can-eat salad bar. Save the pita! Load up on vej!

Try the Falafel Salad if you're ordering to-go, and load up the extra space with yummy salad bar toppings.
MegAugust 26, 2017Found the server very rude and the food quality was not very high. Felt really sick after our meal. Skip the vegetarian shawarma..
Meal deals come with a free juice. Don't sleep on the unsweetened, mint-ginger Arnie Palmers.
Who woulda thunk, but the fresh apple juice is faaaantastic.
