Don't forget that Wild Ginger has one of the biggest wine lists in the state! Aside from great Bordeaux, they also have amazing Rieslings. Try one with the Seven Elements Soup

The Panang Beef Curry has set the bar for how I want my beef cooked in every dish for the rest of my life. Also a wealth of carefully considered vegetarian and vegan options. My boyfriend rejoiced.

    Been here 5+ times
One of the best restaurants in downtown and good value for the quality. Has its own vegan menu as well. Squash soup is incredible. Salads are good. Avoid Buddha Rolls. Chopper Red is best beer.

I enjoyed the Mongolian noodles here. It came with scallops and shrimps, and the spicy flavor was stepped up a notch as I had requested.

Tasty duck, and I particularly liked the dumpling soup. Closes a bit early (as seattle places are apt to do), but the bar is a great spot to snag a bite alone.

Laksa is delish, and traditional. The small size is perfect for 2 people. Also, if you get a noodle dish, def get a small as it will feed at least 4 people - massive portions!

Fantastic food even though it's been gringo-ized for the general population. The other tipsters are correct... The 7 flavor beef and fragrant duck are great signature dishes. Spring rolls are so so.

Whilst the meals were mildly spiced, the way the meals were prepared and the flavours of the meats enhanced, this placed surprised me immensely. Try the sea bass, or spicy tuna dish, both are divine.

Seattle is one of the best US cities for high quality Asian food. And when it comes to Thai and Satay bars, Wild Ginger is one of the best. The "must try" is their famous Fragrant Duck.

Veg. Pad Thai. Awesome. Roti is not on the menu at Wild Ginger but is available from the Musicquarium. Ask your server to send a runner for a couple of hours and tip well!
