Comfortable boutique hotel near Madison Square Park & all subways has great breakfast, real quilts on bed. I put visiting clients, staff, and family here.

The lobby here is plush and comfy, great place to relax and have a drink. Rooms are well appointed as well. Great place for some RxR.

The desk staff is accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant staff is hit or miss depending on who is working. They are remodeling the hotel so the new rooms should be alot nicer then the current plain 1s

- Lately the service has been lacking. No heat in rooms and no dessert in the restaurant. Seems attention to detail is lacking during the remodel.
