Very good customer service specially trouble shooting help. They have me same appointment to solve a battery problem. They also advised me how to maintain the battery for longer hours use per day.
So many people, so many apple products! They have all the speakers and phone and iPad accessories on the second floor. You'll find the easy to spot 'genius's around everywhere ready to help.
I suspect one of the Regent staff members stole our credit card credentials. We bought an apple watch. The next day our account was cleaned out...2500 pounds stolen...nice apple!
Apple stores =crowded/busy! But this is prolly the most crowded I've ever been. Make sure going in only when you've decided wot to buy otherwise u'll be waste of ur time and be pissed
I don't think this one is as well known as the Covent street one at the moment so if you're looking to pick up a new device check their stock levels first!
This is one of the most spectacular Apple stores in London. It features a cinema that seats approximately 60 persons and a large glass staircase that divides the store into its respective quadrants.
One of the best Apple Stores. The staff is really friendly. You can charge your iPhone here while using the Wi-Fi if you need it, which can be pretty useful.
Contrary to the rest of the comments left below, I received fantastic service, thanx to Ben D. A store with great proportions, very light with many shiny objects.
Thanks to the Apple team who came to my aid when my near 3 year old iPhone 5 died on me ... great service on Regent Street, battery replaced ... and no charge. Fantastic.
Despite the store always being full of customers, the staff that attended to us (Kate) was cool and super helpful. Look for her on your next visit and purchase :)
Service used to be better in early years but now too busy and serving staff also not as friendly and helpful as they used to be. these days i visit Covent garden store rather than regrets street
OM actual G! Apple stuff is SO nice and SO extortionately priced! They've triumphed twice in both designing lovely things and getting us idiots to pay an outrageous fortune to own them!
The staff here spends too much time chatting with customers and not enough helping them. I've been here three time in one week and have never been able to get assistance.
Apple store one of the biggest Decice store in ther world. For this such a big company, i suggest Apple store could add a mini Bar(supply drinks for ppl waiting in Genius Bar) it not necssary :)
Use the helpful iOS Apple Store app to make a reservation for the Genius bar while still on your way and get notified when the Apple staff is waiting for you …
The staff are bright, enthusiastic and helpful people here.. Never fail to amaze me with their solutions, no matter easily rectified the problem with my product may be.
Looking for an iPad? Just queue in the back of the store (on the left side). No need to talk to anyone else before. It takes approximately 15 minutes on a weekday.
If you can, you must attend one of the Apple workshops here. They are great. I attended the one for iMovie and it was fabulous. http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/regentstreet/
You have 10 minutes after your appointment time to check in then they cancel it so get here on time! And it's very busy! (I've been waiting 15 minutes to be seen already...)
